User Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Meta Platform Policies and global data privacy standards, users who have connected their Facebook / Meta accounts or interacted with Voji have the right to request deletion of their data.

Option 1: Automatic Deletion via Facebook Settings

1. Log in to your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. In the left sidebar, click on Apps and Websites.
3. Find Voji in the list of active apps and click Remove.
4. In the confirmation modal, check the box to “Request that Voji delete your data” and confirm.
5. Facebook will trigger an automated callback to our deletion endpoint and display a Confirmation Code and status link.

Option 2: Direct Email Request

You can also submit a data deletion request by emailing support@whatsapp-saas.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and providing your registered business email or phone number. Requests are processed within 30 days.
