Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Our software provides multi-tenant messaging infrastructure, shared inbox capabilities, campaign broadcasts, and webhook integrations connecting business users to Meta Platforms’ WhatsApp Cloud API.

2. WhatsApp Business Policies & Anti-Spam

You agree to strictly comply with all WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies, Commerce Policies, and Technical Provider guidelines established by Meta Platforms, Inc. Specifically, you agree:

• Only to message recipients who have explicitly opted in to receive messages from your organization.
• Immediately to honor all opt-out requests (such as “STOP”, “UNSUBSCRIBE”, or “CANCEL”).
• Never to send deceptive, abusive, harassing, or unsolicited commercial bulk spam messages.
• That violation of Meta’s messaging policies may result in tier downgrades, phone number banning, or workspace termination.

3. Account Security & API Keys

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, multi-factor authentication, and developer API keys. Any activity performed using your credentials or API keys is your legal responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Free Trial & Plans

New business workspaces are provided a 14-day free trial. Following the trial, continued access requires an active plan subscription. WhatsApp conversation rates and template utility fees are levied separately by Meta Platforms in accordance with official Cloud API pricing.

5. Workspace Deletion & Cancellation

Workspace owners may request cancellation or deletion at any time. When deletion is requested, a 30-day grace period is initiated during which the request may be canceled. After 30 days, all workspace records, media files, and credentials are permanently purged.
